AF 594 is a bright red-fluorescent dye that is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor 594 which is commonly used for multiplexing. With stable signal generation and its pH insensitivity, it is widely used in flow cytometry.
The red AF 594 is widely used in a range of SRM applications including dSTORM, structured illumination microscopy (SIM), stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy and in two-photon excitation (TPE) microscopy.
