No DNA Isolation: Sensitive PCR from Microorganisms and Cells with DBdirect Technology

Straightforward PCR Analysis with no DNA Isolation:Our DBdirect™ technology enables direct PCR from a wide range of biological samples without the need for DNA isolation. The key innovation lies in our unique PCR mix formulation, which facilitates direct lysis during the PCR reaction. Some sample types benefit from a preincubation step in DB Lysis Buffer A (DB-1281), followed by the addition of the lysate to the PCR mix. Here we compared the sensitivity of our PCR mixes to various cell types and viruses and determined the optimal DBdirect™ variant for each category. If you are using E.coli, use only 5-minute denaturation step.
