Our support does not end with antibody discovery. DIANA Biotechnologies provides post-discovery antibody services designed to help you adapt, produce, and optimize monoclonal antibodies for your intended research, diagnostic, or early discovery application.
Thanks to our in-house chemistry, molecular biology, and protein production capabilities, we support antibody conjugation, recombinant antibody production, and selected antibody engineering workflows. These services can help transform promising antibody candidates into application-ready reagents, assay components, or specialized antibody formats.
As part of our post-discovery antibody services, we offer a broad portfolio of fluorescent dyes and oligos of your choice for antibody conjugation.
Monoclonal Antibodies
Identifying the right antibody is only the first step. Our post-discovery services help turn selected monoclonal antibody candidates into practical reagents for downstream applications, from assay development to specialized research and early discovery workflows.
1.
Functionalize your antibodies with labels, tags, or payloads matched to your application. Our in-house chemistry capabilities support conjugation to fluorescent dyes, biotin, oligonucleotides, nanoparticles, proteins, cytotoxic and other functional payloads for ADC development, and additional custom tags. We can also support linker-payload synthesis and conjugation strategy design for projects requiring specialized antibody conjugates.
2.
We provide small-to-mid scale recombinant antibody production to support validation, assay development, and downstream application testing. Our production workflow is designed to deliver purified recombinant antibodies with consistent quality, suitable for research and diagnostic development projects. Production scale, purification strategy, and quality-control requirements can be adapted to the needs of each project.
3.
We support selected antibody engineering workflows to adapt antibody format, species, or isotype to the intended application. This can include species switching, selected humanization-related modifications, isotype switching, and conversion into alternative recombinant antibody formats, including Fab or scFv.
