Leveraging our proprietary DIANA technology (DNA-linked Inhibitor Antibody Assay), we introduce the DIANA Kinase Inhibitor Profiling Panels. While DIANA Kinase panel represents the most comprehensive product, containing all available kinase assays, the focused panels, like DIANA TK Panel or DIANA CDK Panel, are preselected sets of kinase assays to address the most common customer needs. Beside all of that, our DIANA Custom Selection service represents the ultimate customization opportunity and enable our customers to fully adjust the set of kinase assays to their needs.

Technology Intro
DIANA is a solid-phase competitive binding assay that uniquely combines small molecule-based DIANA probes with the strengths of ELISA and qPCR, delivering robust quantitative potency data with an exceptionally broad dynamic range. This allows researchers to obtain precise binding affinity constants (Kd) from the start of their projects at a cost comparable to conventional methods that only provide relative inhibition.
DIANA Assay
DIANA assay measures potency of tested compound as function of its competition with DIANA probe. The assay delivers true binding constants (Kd) of test compound.
DIANA Assay
The amount of displaced DIANA probe is quantitatively determined by qPCR. qPCR readout ensures high dynamic range and enables calculation of Kd from a single measurement.
DIANA Assay
Similar assay setup yields highly comparable results between the methods. Usage of recombinant kinases instead of phage constructs ensures easier kinase quality control and consistency of results.
