(DB-411209)
AT 590 is a bright orange-fluorescent dye that is structurally identical to Atto 590. With its high photostability and pH resistance, it has become one of the most widely used fluorophores in life sciences.
The DBCO is one of the most reactive cycloalkynes for copper-free click reaction and allows fluorescent labeling of azide-containing biomolecules inside living cells or whole organisms.
Package size
Key Parameters: Great brightness and pH stability with lower costs
DBCO: Higher rate of interaction with azides inside a cell
Applications: Confocal microscopy, super resolution microscopy (STED, PALM, dSTORM), flow cytometry (FACS), cell cultures and tissue labeling
Lower cost alternative with protocol compatibility: Same Spectral Properties & Performance = Works exactly like Atto™ 590 with friendly price. Use it as a substitute for Alexa Fluor® 590 or Texas Red®.
Complete Compatibility – Can be used in any existing protocol that uses Atto 590
