Our proprietary DB SuperSens Taq DNA Polymerase is designed for both routine and high-demanding applications. With high thermostability, sensitivity and specificity they are perfect for high-throughput PCR, TA cloning, and DNA labeling, this thermostable enzyme (half-life over 40 minutes at 95 °C) features an antibody-based hot-start for easy preparation at ambient temperature. It provides 5’→3′ polymerase and exonuclease activities, essential for hydrolysis probes like TaqMan™, and generates PCR products with 3′-dA overhangs for TA cloning.
