Thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase: Recombinant enzyme with half-life of over 40 min at 95℃. Suitable for amplification up to 5 kb.Thermus aquaticus with a half-life of over 40 minutes at 95 °C.
Aptamer-Based Hot-Start: Highly sensitive and specific hot-start ensure superior PCR specificity and sensitivity.
Three enzymatic Activities: Includes 5’→3′ polymerase activity, 5’→3′ exonuclease activity (essential for use with hydrolysis probes like TaqMan™), and 5′ flap activity. E. coli: no risk of transmission of infectious agents.
