Carbonic anhydrases (CA) are a diverse family of zinc metalloenzymes, which play essential roles in various physiological processes such as respiration, pH regulation, and CO₂ transport. Several CA isoforms are validated drug targets with their inhibitors being already on the market (such as Acetazolamide or Brinzolamide).
Leveraging our proprietary DIANA technology (DNA-linked Inhibitor Antibody Assay), we introduce the DIANA Carbonic Anhydrase Panel. First, commercially available CA inhibitors selectivity profiling service that enables simultaneous assesement of CA inhibitor potency against all 11 enzymatically active human CA isoforms.

Technology Intro
DIANA is a solid-phase competitive binding assay that uniquely combines small molecule-based DIANA probes with the strengths of ELISA and qPCR, delivering robust quantitative potency data with an exceptionally broad dynamic range. This allows researchers to obtain precise binding affinity constants (Kd) from the start of their projects at a cost comparable to conventional methods that only provide relative inhibition.
DIANA Assay
DIANA assay measures potency of tested compound as function of its competition with DIANA probe. The assay delivers true binding constants (Kd) of test compound.
DIANA Assay
The amount of displaced DIANA probe is quantitatively determined by qPCR. qPCR readout ensures high dynamic range and enables calculation of Kd from a single measurement.
DIANA Assay
The DIANA Carbonic Anhydrase panel is the first commercially available tool that allows inhibitor profiling against all enzymatically active human isoforms.
