Václav is the main inventor of the DIANA technology and currently acts as our co-CEO and also leads our research and developmental activities. Václav studied biochemistry and theoretical chemistry at the Charles University in Prague and subsequently worked as a research scientist at the IOCB Prague.

Martin facilitated our transition from academia to the industry and is now responsible for our life-science and monoclonal antibodies segments. Martin studied molecular biology at the University of Cambridge and then worked as a research fellow at the University of Oxford, followed by the career in management consulting with Boston Consulting Group.

Jiří is our chemistry guru, synthesizing DIANA probes for new targets and leading our medicinal chemistry in drug discovery. Jiří studied biochemistry at the Charles University and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology and at IOCB Prague.

Jan leads our laboratory operations and is also instrumental in developing our new R&D projects. Jan studied biochemistry at the Charles University, followed by PhD at IOCB Prague. He then worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, developing diagnostic applications.

Karel serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing the company’s financial strategy as well as IT operations and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining DIANA, Karel worked as a consultant supporting companies in digital transformation, product management, and marketing. With extensive experience spanning finance, software product development, and information technology, he focuses on driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across the organization.

Jakub is directing manufacturing of our IVD diagnostic kits and supervising our production and QC facilities. Jakub studied biochemistry at the Charles University and IOCB Prague.

Vojtěch is the leader of our antibodies department. He is the one who is responsible for implementing our DIANA technology in unique development of monoclonal antibodies. Do you have any questions or requests? Feel free to contact him!
