MISSION

We’re a successful biotech accelerating growth across several segments. We’ve recently launched a unique pipeline for development of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, which is powered by our patented technology of antibody characterization at a single cell level and supported by our expertise in hapten synthesis, immunogen preparation and high-throughput automation. We are now offering antibody development for customers for immunodiagnostics and other applications and also building our own portfolio of unique antibodies.

We are now looking for a new senior colleague with a proven background in both business and science to help us commercialize this technology, develop new market segments, make deals with new partners, and secure capital from potential new investors.

Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

Performing analysis of our target market segments in terms of market sizing, competitive landscape and differentiation of product offering in order to shape our product proposition, business models and market entry strategies.
Preparing presentations and offers for current and potential customers, leading both technical and commercial negotiations with partners.
Building good business relationships with customers and partners.
Identifying and negotiating with new customers and business partners.
Facilitating academic collaborations on relevant targets to support our antibody catalogue development.
Design and implementation of marketing materials to support the sales of our products and services.
Presenting at relevant industry and academic conferences.
Collaborating closely with antibody R&D team and marketing colleagues.

What are the requirements?

PhD degree in life-science (or equivalent experience) with previous research or commercial experience in antibodies or immunoassays.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or product marketing.
Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment and take on senior-level responsibilities while actively contributing to the preparation of materials.
Willingness to occasionally travel to customers and international conferences abroad.
The ability to draft and revise legal contracts and to lead business negotiations is an advantage.
Solid project management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
Client-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with CRM tools.
Excellent command of English (Czech is an advantage but not required).
