Superfast protocol with reduced pipetting steps

MMLV mutant with reduced RNase H activity for improved cDNA synthesis and increased yield and synthesis of longer cDNAs (> 9 kb).

Reverse transcription at temperatures from 37 °C to 60 °C due to a combination of increased thermostability of the protein and a unique buffer formulation.

Optimized short protocol (1-10 min) for two-step RT-PCR

Optimal protocol and buffer for one-step RT-PCR
